Our People

Employing and selecting the right people, at the

right time is key to our success. Our security team

consists of 120 skilled and experienced personnel.

We understand the importance of making the right

hires, not just for our business but our clients. As

a result, each member is carefully selected based

on their competence and experience. We carry out

BS7858-aligned pre-employment checks including

ID checks, right to work and 2x references. They are

also expected to embrace our core values including

integrity, teamwork, attitude, performance and

passion.

We are passionate about supporting disadvantaged

groups and as a result, we have recruited 6 army

veterans. These individuals complement our security

team with their professionalism, strong work ethic

and adaptability. We are signed up to the Armed

Forces Covenant and our commitment to this group

has been externally recognised. In 2020 we were a

Silver Award Winner.

Technology

We have access to body cams and scanners that are

sourced from our long-standing suppliers. Added

to this, our security personnel are issued with

uniforms bearing pre-agreed branding. 

This provides a professional image and has the added benefit of

acting as a deterrent for criminals.
